Featured Collaboration — Thailand
Our first featured collaboration comes from Thailand, where an independent maker, Alex Huk is doing something particularly interesting. His watches are built around genuine Seiko automatic movements—the dependable mechanical foundation collectors trust for reliability and performance.
The movement provides the proven “guts,” but what truly sets his work apart is everything built around it. Each watch features a custom-designed dial that is genuinely special—created and finished with a level of care rarely seen in mass-produced watches. The result is a piece that blends Seiko’s mechanical reliability with an aesthetic that is personal, creative, and unmistakably unique.
This is not about assembling parts. It is about taking a trusted mechanical platform and elevating it through thoughtful design. What started as a passion for crafting Seiko mods soon grew into creating fully custom timepieces—each one as unique as the person wearing it.
